Staff incredibly friendly and took time to make you feel very welcome. Food was sensational and chef was able to put together special dietary meal very quickly and without a fuss. The 'old Scottish Inn' character has been retained while owner has added tasteful and appropriate touches which made for a wonderful comfy, cosy place to enjoy a dram and a blether followed by a short step to a warm bed

We arrived very late, having been badly let down by easyJet and Enterprise cars. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and again we were treated with wonderful kindness and thoughtfulness. We were also impressed by the cleanliness.
