as there were maintenance issues in my room (shower head not operating, plumbing issues when flushing toilet), when I communicated these to the person at the desk they said they new about the maintenance issues and were waiting for someone to attend. I wondered why, as a guest, affected by this, I was not informed of what to expect.

Location was good as we needed to get to Keynsham so was only a couple of miles away and most of that was accessible with a cross-field/next to canal walk. Property seems relatively looked after and good to have 2 bathrooms.

OK but not brilliant. Check in was quick and easy and room was an upgrade as it had an ensuite. Plenty of tea and coffee available, apple and orange juice, boxed cereals and chocolate croissants.

Lovely setting, quiet and secure so I felt very safe. Place was very.clean, amazing power shower and secure parking. Host met me to give me the keys and talk me through the accommodation. It was spacious and well equipped.
