Location is great - 100 metre walk down the lane to the beach.Kiln House is really clean and comfortable, and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom has a spacious double width shower rather than a bath, with a drop down seat inside for people with mobility issues. The owners were very helpful, and super prompt with replies to questions. Within walking distance, you can find a top notch deli/café and ferry to Appledore in one direction, and a choice of really good pubs/restaurants in the other. A great place to stay, where you can check whether the tide is in it out from the front doorstep!
