The location was great - right by the harbour and very quiet. Beautiful little fishing boats in the harbour. Breakfast was fantastic - prepared by our thoughtful hostess. She had also left us with cereal, tea and coffee in case we were hungry. There were great dinner options within 5 mins walk. Helmsdale is a great place to base yourself for a few days exploring the area. There is a lot to see and do!
