Absolutely lovely. I stayed here as an alternative to a regular hotel room and it was spot on. Best sleeps I had in months. Cooked on the fireplace, although a kitchen is available. Showers were evened. Hot as heck and powerful jet. Staff was amazing. Definitely will return!

I stayed in this property for a week and I can only give a positive review about it. Communication with the owner was easy and checking in was fast. Peter was a cordial person, happy to help and always checking if the conditions of the house were ok and genuinely showing an interest to make my stay at the house a pleasant one. The property is a 5 min walk from the bus station, supermarkets, restaurantes and pharmacy. 15 min walk from Warsash Maritime Academy which was very convenient for me. I was able to do my laundry, had an allocated spot for my food. The room and the bed were comfortable and the bathroom was good.

The staff was excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The beds were great, the rooms were very clean and the beds comfy. Food served in the pub was excellent as well. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we had other commitments.
