We needed somewhere to stay for a County darts weekend and chose the Paddocks Wood, and we weren't disappointed.The hosts were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made us feel very welcome
They made our stay very pleasurable.
The location was lovely and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The Hotel was presented in beautiful grounds, with ample parking, large room and a great breakfast to match. This is great hotel and would defiantly stay there again.
Furniture was decent along with size of room and availability of parking. Breakfast was decent but very expensive for what it was. We moved out, paid less than half the amount per night for a much nicer place and got free and better breakfast elsewhere (Leicester Arms, Penshurst).
Reception staff excellent, cheerful, positive, friendly -Sam and Georgie; Restaurant staff attentive, helpful - Sun, Mark Talia. Room spacious, clean, nice bathroom if a little cold. Fine building with excellent parking. Good free wi-fi important. Fair price
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Whilst the cooked breakfast wasn't the most filling it was tasty and being able to use the buffet for toast, cereals erc ensured we didn't go hungry. There's plenty of parking, well sign posted and easy to find. Reception were helpful when we required a taxi.
