Staff were friendly helpful and flexible. Room was really well furnished with nice touches, such as quality toiletries, tea/coffee and in this room aircon. Food in the restaurant was very nice both dinner and breakfast.

The room was large,clean and decorated in a very modern way. Loved the balcony bath! It was a very unique experience.
Every staff member we had contact with was absolutely amazing,the level of service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. The food was of a high standard and I’m not surprised that the restaurant was so busy.
The facilities on site are great for families or couples ( container golf, shuffle board etc).
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.

Lives up to its name as a “country house” hotel,as it is set on the edge of a small village, but easy access to local attractions such as Sandringham and Houghton Hall.
I wanted to be in the middle of the North Norfolk coastal area and the hotel is very well positioned. Plenty of easy parking the place was spotless. No lift but stairs easy and reception helped with my case. It was an unusually cold June but the heating was still on so when I needed it I could put it on which was great. All the staff I met were lovely and my breakfast table was laid out in the bar each morning as I had a dog with me.
Stayed here two nights for local wedding. Excellent staff helpful and accommodating. Nice modern decor and comfortable seating - good bar. Rooms were well decorated and clean. Comfy beds, good shower. Food at dinner was very good and also good breakfast choices. Dog friendly although we didn’t have one - dogs were obviously welcomed! Good private car park. Much better than it looks on booking website!
Stayed over for the Heritage Live concerts. Amazing staff with great communication before and a warm welcome on arrival. Spacious hotel area with excellent bar including large outdoor area.
Beautiful location near Norfolk coastline. You have to check the local area, including Bircham Windmill in walking distance. Every pulley, cog, belt and mill stone still in place and incredibly well preserved and presented.

The hotel is located in a lovely village with a village store that is also a very nice coffee shop and bar directly opposite. There is ample parking at the rear. Our room was very spacious clean and comfortable, it overlooked the road but there was no noise at all. The hotel is homely with a modern feel, the bar was open in the evening and the staff are really lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and excellent portion sizes. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.
The location of the hotel is so pretty and peaceful , lovely garden and patio. A large car park at the rear of the property. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, cosy and clean. We had a very relaxing stay
