Breakfast was made to order. Excellent location. The room was fitted to a high standard with everything you could need or want including a mini fridge. But best of all was the exceptional welcome from the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a fabulous home from home break. I can’t wait to return.

This is our second stay at this beautiful flat and we really enjoyed our time here. The flat is extremely well positioned for accessing the high street and beach. It’s very comfortable with plenty of space for a family with 3 excellent sized bedrooms. The flat has been very tastefully renovated throughout, it’s lovely, bright, spacious and clean. Having 2 car parking spaces is really handy. The kids toys were also much appreciated! We visit Frinton regularly so I am sure we will be back for another stay 😊
This is a great property if you are looking for something in Frinton. Car parking on the little driveway (for one car) and a patio to relax on after the drive there. We were three ladies staying for two nights and it was perfect for us; a great location and fully equipped with what we needed. Will definitely book again.
What’s not to like? Perfectly located close to the town and beach, free parking, lovely decor throughout and hotel quality bed, bedding and towels. Paul and Annie made us feel so welcome, and a five star breakfast.
Self catering property. Very impressive. Beautifully decorated with the latest equipment in the huge kitchen. Large dining room with French windows to the large garden and large sitting room, all rooms well appointed.
Three roomy bedrooms with very comfortable beds, one with en-suite and shower and a lovely sparkling bathroom with additional separate shower. We were delighted with the accommodations and the friendly helpful owner and the addition of off street parking. Throughly recommend.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and close enough to the main high street and free parking close by. Very clean and modern with some lovely finishing touches. A bonus was the air conditioning and a dishwasher!
