The staff there are very friendly. They always greeted us with bright smiles, that make us feel right at home. We forgot to close our car window, and one of the gentlemen kindly reminded us, thanks again.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious. And service was great.
It’s a great location, just about 10-minute walk to Bowness Pier and the town center. All in all, it was a delightful and very cost-effective stay in Bowness. We will definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Bowness.
There’s an Asian food restaurant nearby run by a Vietnamese family. The food there is absolutely fabulous, and the staff are very friendly. It’s definitely worth a try.

The Inn is in a great location for walking and driving from. There is a lovelybeer garden and ample parking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will take my husband back with me soon. ideal location. very very dog friendly. lots of car parking. All of the staff were brilliant the family who run this pub were amazing and so accomodating they made you feel like part of the family too. I had family locally and there were 6 of us do they accomodated 13 of us all in one go for the evening meal, the food was great traditional pub food and very reasonably priced as food in the Lakes can be very expensive. Service was great and we were all served togehter.
