Lovely welcome from the family, easy atmosphere and loved that we could take our own alcohol and food, but use all hotel beautiful lounge and dining facilities as we wanted, with a fridge to keep everything we wanted in, too!! We could even order in a takeaway and eat in the dining room if we wanted too, and they would set a table to eat it on!!Fabulous breakfast each morning - we certainly didn't need much else through the day. Lovely room, everywhere was beautifully decorated and furnished, and felt really homely and comfortable. We loved it, thank you!!! - oh, and parking in the village was a eeal bonus

Fantastic on all fronts, exceeded expectations. Superb location, fantastic period property sympathetically updated, comfortable, excellent breakfast and stylish public lounging areas including a large terrace with exceptional view of the sea and countryside. Apartment is very large and comfortable with all amenities one could expect. Basic provisions provided were very good. Beautiful gardens surround the property with stunning views over Minehead. Only a 10 minute walk to heart of Minehead from the property and only slightly more on return due to the hill. An invigorating return walk.

They made us feel very welcome and were very knowledgeable about the local area.
The rooms were a nice size with a large, clean bathroom.

Breakfast was amazing. We also had lunch in the garden, which was well presented and great value for money.
The Olde house is very central, ideal for a visit to Dunster Castle, we were very lucky to find on street parking opposite.

The hotel was very warm and comforting. It was a great stay and I loved the friendliness and attention of the staff. The food was great. I had dinner and breakfast and both were very good. Also the amazing touch which really made my stay even better was the fact that the hotel reimbursed my parking charges for my stay (as they don't have onsite parking).

Situated in the centre of the village with private secure parking, this hotel is perfect for exploring the village. Our room was comfortable and clean, complimentary tea,coffee,hot chocolate and Sherry! Along with sparkling water and yummy biscuits.
Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared, very tasty fresh fruit and yogurt along with a full English, eggs Benedict to name a few of the items on the breakfast menu.

The house was very clean, warm and comfortable with handy off road parking nearby. The town of Dunster is very nice. Dunster Castle is a highlight and there are plenty of places to visit nearby.
I really liked the warm welcome we got and the overall helpfulness and attitude of George and his team. A very comfortable stay and really great breakfast. Car parking is not easy next to the property but a town car park is easy walking distance at 5 mins from the venue.
