Flat 18 was gorgeous, super clean, great host, parking bay just over from the apartment, it was a ground floor. The host left some treats for us, like chocolates, drinks, cereal and fruit. It was lovely decorated, the beds were comfy and warm. From the apartment we found our way around Dumfries area.

There is nothing to dislike about this place. The building, grounds, and surroundings are outstanding. Karen & David are exceptional hosts, ensuring you have everything you need to make your stay perfect. We stayed as a couple with the dog. On arrival, we were shown to our room, which turned out to be the entire top floor. We had our own living area with seperate bathroom & bedroom. Decorated to perfection with the most beautiful viewing window. Every room is stocked! You could literally turn up with your clothes & nothing else! The bathroom is stocked with all essentials, the bedroom has a hairdryer & straightners. The living area has a very welcome coffee area, microwave & toaster. The fridge was stocked with milk, jams, bread, fresh orange & a selection of meat & cheese. We also had biscuits and cereal. We made the most out of the cards & board games, too! The dog had his own bed in each room! Bowls, poo bags & treats waiting for him. He was treat like a king for his entire stay! Karen & David are available by phone throughout the stay but are happy to leave you be & get on with your break. This really is a 5* getaway & would recommend it to anyone!
