Excellent location for travel, local shopping etc. Ample car parking facility. Easy check in. Bedroom central heating worked well Clean linen, soft towels and really comfortable bed.
A stay in the old unmodernised section of the hotel. Reception staff were informative and helpful at checkin although the post is mostly unmanned in the morning. I’m okay with self checkout but aware some guests do need help/support. Lots of free parking available onsite as usual although could be near full when there is an event in the hotel (but I always found a parking space).
I didn’t access the dining hence can’t comment on the food and drinks.
The hotel was in a great location. Very close to the Town centre and amenities. There was really good car parking at the hotel too. The staff were excellent,very friendly and really happy to help if any problems arose.
