I was passing through and only spent one night at the Old Posthouse, but I could have easily spent more. I have traveled a lot but I can say that the Old Posthouse is one of the best places to stay that I have ever stayed. The rooms are clean and quiet. The house has a beautiful little garden where you can spend time. The Old Posthouse also has its own parking. The breakfast is excellent. I received thorough instructions well before check-in. However, the best thing about the Old Posthouse is the hosts: they are very friendly and helpful. I also got some good advice from them: Europe's largest antiques center in a former RAF base and The Crown Inn, a pub in nearby Glentham, where you can get excellent food. I would rate the Old Posthouse B&B an 11 if possible.

The apartment was just super quiet, well equipped, a wide bed, beautiful views and a lovely landlord with whom we had a very good time from the start. The fact that we had a parking space directly in front of the apartment was super advantageous for us. If we were to come back to the Lincoln area we would definitely stay there again. Wonderful location in the countryside, very peaceful. Very warm welcome even when arriving late, hosts were friendly and made us feel right at home. Had everything we could need for our stay, nice and comfortable with plenty of home comforts. Recommended for those wishing to explore Lincoln city, short drive in gets you right up to the cathedral and the castle.
