The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was acceptable, but they were about the only plus. We were so disappointed that we left after the first night, without being compensated for the next three nights.

The property was spacious and modern, with everything we needed for our overnight stay. It was close to the tram stop and easy to get into Edinburgh city centre. We loved the modern artwork and furnishings.
The host sent clear instructions for collecting the keys and getting access to the accommodation.

It was a gorgeous apartment, obviously done to a high standard. There was everything that we needed there, dishwasher tablets, cloths, washing up.liquid etc etc. The front room was lovely and comfy to sit together in.
Konrad, the host, was lovely. So friendly and readily available to help.
It was a brilliant space with plenty of room for us.
We were 4 female friends away together. The check in and check out times are good. It was nice and quiet in the area as.well as the apartment block itself.
It was close to a bus stop with a bus going to Edinburgh town centre in about 20minutes and only £2 a journey.

Very clean and very quiet. Most definitely use again
This modern hotel is next to the Ocean Terminal shopping centre and the Royal Yacht Britannia. It has paid onsite parking, air-conditioned rooms and regular buses to the city centre stop outside.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
It’s my favourite hotel in Burntisland now and have stayed here on many occasion, I cannot fault it for the price, It’s Spotlessly clean has lots of light from massive windows, free on street parking, power shower, smart tv & last but not least a nice friendly host!
Great location, outside a little tired looking but once we got into our room it was clean, well decorated and pleasantly surprised, it was great value for money and staff very helpful, Parking too which was ideal

Central location. Free on street parking. Spacious. TV with various apps like Netflix included. Family games available. Loads of condiments and supplies in the cupboard.
Super nice flat, located right next to the sea with a breathtaking view! There are free parking spaces right in front of it, the flat is very well furnished and clean, you feel really comfortable. The owners are also very kind, friendly and responsive, very easy to contact! I would highly recommend the apartment for any type of stay !!!
