The extra touches that Sharon had included to make our stay more special - inc large soft fluffy towels with a king sized bed with
memory foamed comfortable mattress
The welcome hamper was exceptional with fresh bread/crumpets and Welsh cakes - milk/water and orange drink in
the fridge along with cheese/
pate/antipasti and yoghurts & cereals replenished each day
There was a pub within easy walking distance which served an excellent tasty Fish pie
Along with a Chinese restaurant and chippy
Would recommend staying here and will definitely stay again when we are next in the area

Continental breakfast was very good with a good range of potential ingredients and being to help yourself was an added bonus and time saving. Staff friendly and approachable.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very comfy bed, nice big room in a pub in a quiet village. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Easy parking. Very convenient for Hay festival. Friendly and helpful landlady.
Wow. This place is magical. Beautiful grounds. Lovely breakfast. Rooms are just beautifully furnished and beds were so comfortable. Lovely linen. I actually can't believe we stayed here and it was such a great price! Great location too and lots of parking.
The place, grounds and building are very beautiful. There is a lot of art and wonderful furnitures; Our room, a double deluxe was very nice and comfortable, and quiet.
One single member of staff was friendly, a lovely lady with a little pug dog we met in the car park when we first arrive, sadly the only nice person working there that we encountered!
Very convenient parking outside the hotel. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, and the room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Our family came to the Inn to join us for an evening meal which everyone enjoyed, great atmosphere and fabulous food. The breakfasts were excellent too! Many thanks for such an enjoyable stay.
The hotel is unique. The building is iconic and the rooms, furnishings and art work would be hard to better. There is ample parking and the gardens are lovely, including the maze and vegetable garden. Walks from there are superb, along the Wye and through amazing scenery. The staff are professional, and expert at what they do. Dinner at the hotel is exceptional. The chef is a marvel. The support for guests with special dietary requirements is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble.
