It was the best hotel we stayed at on our walking holiday (and the others were pretty good). Restaurant staff were efficient and very personable. Breakfast was outstanding. The full English was excellent as was the smoked haddock. Sourdough toast and home-made marmalade and jam. Dinner was very convivial and delicious. I would make a detour to visit the hotel just for the food.

The staff were all friendly and helpful; we felt like they cared about our stay and experience and they make the hotel! The spa is lovely and breakfasts are great. There is lots of choice at breakfast and it’s a lovely environment to eat in; we thought it was a stand out great breakfast 😀. Superb location, lovely villages nearby plus close to the city of Worcester; the Tractor Shed had everything we needed - very well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and bed, great walk-in shower, absolutely loads of space. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly, a lovely family but also left us alone to do as we wished - wonderful.
