Good value, nice pub with great views. Staff were all happy friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Food was way above what I was expecting and of a very high standard. Breakfast was nice and lots of hot fresh coffee.

Well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Very handy to have its own car parking space so close.
Some nice personal touches to the house, which made it very homley. Had everything you could possibly need.

Really friendly welcome and we were given a more secluded & secure parking area for our motorcycle. Lovely big room with a huge bed. Spacious well appointed bathroom, if a little white & clinical. Dinner was superb & reasonably priced. Situated in a lovely little village away from most of the busy tourist areas in the Peak District.
Its in a good location with plenty of car parking. The room was in its own block to the side of the pub and quiet (until guests arrived upstairs). It had a small terrace with seating and table overlooking the hills, very nice. Tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast in the adjacent pub was pretty good and served quickly by friendly staff.
.Compact comfortable room with easy access. Whole property was clean & tidy, hosts very friendly and obliging. Facilities and services all good. Evening meal and breakfast great value with substantial portion s. Plenty of free parking. Had a Juliette balcony, a nice touch. Would stay again.
