The small cottage in the Garden was a highlight during our roadtrip through south england. It is located underneath a very big tree so that it feels like living in a hobbit house. The cottage is very cosy and you will find everything you need. ...and if not, you will get help from your very lovely host, that prepared a first breakfast for us and guided us with usefull advices through our stay. We especially loved hiking through the New Forrest, catching crabs in Lymington, watching Mr. Punch at Osborne and enjoying an afternoon at the beach of the Isle of Wight. At the end three nights we're a bit short. We could even spend another day visiting Stonehenge & Salisbury. There is so much to do in the region! Thanks you so much for the pleasant & exciting stay !!!

On arrival I was greeted by the owner who showed me around and introduced me to the chickens and other little animals. I had a nice little hamper set up and waiting for me with fresh eggs and porridge and some treats for my little puppy. I had a very stress-free break there and everything I needed was provided. I extended my stay for a further 4 days

This was an ideal location for us being just a mile away from family we were visiting. The lady owner was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offered everything you could possibly wish for and the room and ensuite were spotless and comfortable. An especially nice touch was the cafetiere on the hospitality tray with lovely coffee. We definitely intend to book here again. Good parking too.

Very good location for visiting the Ageas Bowl a short drive or good walk away but parking on site so fine - Botley is a lovely little village. Very friendly and helpful owner with a good selection for breakfast (cold buffet). Everything is a little small and cramped but it's very good value and we would definitely stay there again when attending an event at the Ageas Bowl.

Lovely tranquil setting (complete with giant Sequoia tree!). Safe private parking for my motorcycle and for cars too. Pubs and other eating places a short walk away, as is a Co-Op mini-supermarket that is open quite late into the evening. It’s simple accommodation, but nice and clean and excellent value. Jean the host is very helpful and kind. Very handy place to stay if you’re going to / coming from Portsmouth ferry terminal. I have just booked to stay again next year.
