The property has everything you would want or need as a family. It is completely livable year round. The neighborhood is so peaceful and well connected it feels like a home away from home. You will want for nothing and the extras are a pony, two minature pigs, and a baby sheep. The river is spectacular and the local spots like Laird and Dog are perfect. The 31 bus goes into the city every 30 minutes or so and you don't have to deal with any tourists. The ancient cemetery is moments away and makes you think of the William Wallaces of the world. Living history at its finest.

Jarrod and Jackie were great hosts. They greeted us after we arrived and checked on us when they saw us to ensure everything everything was ok. The cottage had everything we needed for a weeks vacation.
