Everything! The place is beautiful and peaceful, near the beautiful abbeys of the Scottish borders. Ros, the owner, is very kind: she offered us the eggs of her hens and gave us plenty of tips. The cottage is wonderful, big and with plenty of facilities, with a big garden. The family has a horse, a sheep, two dogs and a cat and the children really appreciated this. We very extremely happy with our stay!

The location was beautiful really peaceful. The hut was comfortable and clean. Host was brilliant even allowed our children to feed the lambs. Was the perfect place for a reset. The hot tub is an additional charge but well worth it. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be going back.
