The setting is beautiful! Loved that you can walk straight into miles of bird life and nature (and to Southwold) from the garden. The outdoors with its many tables and chairs was wonderful. The room was delightful, separate from the pub and car park, with gorgeous views and quiet stillness. The pub has lots of choice beers (mostly Adnams) and other drinks and restaurant food. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Handily located for Southwold and RSPB Mimsmere. This inn is sited on the banks of the river with splendid views from the garden and the guest accommodation. Our room had plenty of space and was separate from the main building and reached by a short level walk across the private parking area. It was obvious that this Adnams brewery run inn is popular with diners and the included breakfast was good. All the staff were very attentive.

Cute little cottage, the description on the site was accurate, very private but with easy access to the main roads, the bed was really comfortable, very clean, ample parking space, big tv in the bedroom and another one in the lounge-kitchen area.

I had traveled over to attend a Sam Buxton Healing Trust workshop. This was perfect location,, it had parking, nice shower room, great seating area, kitchen area, downstairs was the bedroom . I spent most of my time on the ground level only going down the stairs to the cellar bedroom to sleep. Perfect place for me to stay and would go again
