The position, so close to the sea front, the facilities which were really well thought out and designed, the light soothing decor, the welcome package which sets you up, the little patio, having designated parking, equipment in the kitchen, tissues, washing up liquid, cloths etc, the peace and quiet, that there were places you could walk to for food and drink, it was more spacious than expected, there was a sofa and stools to sit on to eat.
