The room was lovely, big and airy with an outside seating area which was a lovely surprise. The bathroom was huge and provided some really nice toiletries. The pub had a great atmosphere and we enjoyed our evening.

The pub had a lovely friendly atmosphere and the breakfast was lovely.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. It was quiet and no problem with parking. The owners were really helpful and friendly. The added bonus was a great breakfast.
Really friendly, great location for exploring south Suffolk and the breakfast was fantastic! The rooms are nicely designed to maximise space, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Lots of parking.
The English style breakfast was delicious as was the veggie option. the room was spotlessly clean and had a large wardrobe with an ironing board and iron inside. It was lovely and warm once the heating came on. The car parking was easy and close to the room. the bathroom was light and had an actual bath. lovely soft towels. Vanessa and the staff were all very friendly.
Clean spacious bedrooms, plenty of parking. Very welcoming and helpful owners. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, with plenty of choice. Would definitely return and recommend to others.
