Really good location near harbour. Good choice of food in the evening and ate here most nights. Lovely staff. Limited car parking on site but easy parking on harbour and on street. Room was immaculate with all the stuff you need..good size shower! Good value for money. Would stay again!!

Hosts replied quickly to any messages. The extra travel directions were very useful and the check in was easy. The location was great for us - close to Solfest. Location perfect for stomping around the northern and western lakes and along the Solway coast. The property is at the opposite end of the village to the busy parking and tourist bustle so a good place to be if you want to take a walk up the coastal dunes or just "shoot the breeze" whilst sitting on the bench outside.... and when there is a breeze fresh air is compulsory!! Cozy retreat and lounge is so spacious you can enjoy an evening in with guests.
The cottage was quiet and peaceful in a good location for walking my dog. It was ideal to come back to the cottage after a hard days work and relax. Parking was right outside the door and the cottage contained everything required for a comfortable stay. I would definitely return.
The location was wonderful, it was great to be so close to the sea and parking was really easy. The view from the living room was ever changing. The kitchen was well-equipped and the shower was marvellous. The chairs were joyous - such pretty colours - and very comfortable too.
