We had a lovely week during the late July heatwave. The host Jo greeted us and was lovely. The cottage was clean, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great for trips inland or to the coast and had a couple of good pubs around a 25-minute stroll away. We made good use of the Bbq facilities and stargazers will appreciate the dark skies. All in an excellent week.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Host was always there by message, to respond quickly and politely and over and above responsive. Good size kitchen, dedicated parking spot, yard for outside space, good size modern bathroom, breakfast bar and 2 seat sofa, double bed with dresser and open wardrobe. Suited 2 of us with 2 large dogs!
Fabulous hosts. We were given a very warm welcome after our long Good Friday drive up from London. The Lemon Drizzle cake left for us was delicious and we appreciated the other little touches such as milk etc too. Nice quiet location. Comfy Bungalow style accommodation with everything you could need including easy secure car parking.
