One of the best places we've booked on Booking.com. The apartment was spotless, a real home from home feel. We only stayed a few days but really would have loved to stay longer. The apartment is very well equipped. The location was lovely. The hosts have really thought about everything. If the weather isn't great, there are plenty of board games and DVDs to keep you entertained. We were very lucky with the weather, we were out for most of the time but it was lovely to come back to a really comfortable apartment. The bathroom is better than our en suite at home!
We will definitely want to come back and we have recommended the place to all of our friends.

The instructions to enter the property were easy and clear. The room was clean room with everything we needed and the shower was hot at had really good pressure. The complimentary breakfast items were not expected but appreciated.
Located in Dorchester, Coach House Inn is a historic bed and breakfast that provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy water sports facilities and a garden.

Arrived late, but still had a parking spot. Friendly, cheerful greeting, somewhere to sit down while completing the formalities, and an offer to carry my bag up to the room. All a relief in my tired and slightly frazzled state.
Room was lovely. Not big, obviously, or it would be a double, but had a sink, fridge, hanging space, a couple of chairs and a desk, all without seeming overly crowded. Sockets near the bed as well.
Two toilets available, and a night light in the hallway. Bathroom was spacious and shower looked good, though I didn't try it myself.
And I got my bag carried down again. Would definitely return
2 months later: I did return, and it was even better. They had recognised my name on the booking, and amazingly remembered a couple of passing comments I made about my preferences, so did what they could to fulfill them. I was beyond impressed!
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Loved the traditional white stone room, own entrance and off road parking. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts very helpful with local tips. Abbotsbury is a great location to be based. Lots in walking distance, as well as short drives.
Location is excellent for exploring Dorset. Abbotsbury itself is a delightful village. The Swan provides a decent pub meal and the Sub-Tropical Garden is great in all seasons. The B&B is very interesting, with various animals on site. Mind the hens and ducks when parking! The cooked breakfast was perfect. The room itself was rather small, as was the ensuite and shower, but perfectly comfortable. Mind your head if, like me, you are tall. Anyway, plenty of character. We would definitely return, both to Abbotsbury and to East Far, House.
We received a wonderful welcome from Sue & Nigel. The garden room was ideal for us and had everything you needed from a comfortable bed, a powerful shower and free car parking. The breakfasts were just what we needed to start the day. We just loved staying here.
A lovely b and b in a quiet location. Abbotsbury is a small village perfect if you like peace and quiet. The b and b has a real countryside feel and Wendy (and all her animals) is a lovely host. The location is a very short walk from both pubs in Town and not far from the Swannery. Car parking at the b and b is possible. Breakfast was very nice, eggs and bacon for me.
In town, as well as the pubs, there is a lovely cafe just before the village shop which is great open most days.
