We had an incredible stay at Les Patis. Sylvie and Jean Marie were warm, welcoming hosts, eager to give us advice on places to visit (with the help of google translate) and help in any way. Sylvie's breakfasts were outstanding and we were thrilled to find our room serviced each day (with our bed made and fresh towels provided daily). From the way the breakfast was so beautifully laid out to the stunning furnishings of the room, you can tell Sylvie and Jean Marie are proud proprietors with an incredible attention to detail. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Loire Valley. A 5 star hotel standard stay but with the warmth, charm and character of visiting a family home.

We were 4 with 2 different types of room so we've experienced: - a more "standard" room (in the main house) that was very nice, comfy and (very) spacious. - and a "troglodyte" room that was exceptional: It's definitely an experience on its own: these rooms have been very well renovated and everything is in the rock/cliff, including the bathroom (shower + bath), that is the "deepest" part of the room. It's very well done and safe of course. We took a lot of pictures hahaha. The breakfast room was also "troglodyte" and beautiful with a lot of light. The breakfast itself was plentiful and delicious. Finally the host was very nice, we felt welcomed and comfortable :-) A great stay overall, I highly recommend! And I'll come back in the summer as their outside space looks like it would be very enjoyable in a hotter and better weather.

The apartment was very comfortable. It was quirky to stay in a "cave" and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. The host was extremely friendly - she met us to provide the keys and provided a delicious homemade pastry. All was good with our stay.

This is a unique accommodation in a very beautiful setting. I implore anyone to try it at least once. The facilities were excellent rooms all decorated to a high standard. So much space. Host was there to welcome on arrival which was a nice added touch. Within meters of a wine tasting venue including a shop to but wine and other delicacies. Also has a personal parking space. Very much recommended.

We stayed at the townhouse for two weeks and made it a base for exploring the Loire Valley. For that purpose, it was fantastic! Laurence, the hostess explained everything to us regarding the house and we also made a guided four with her for three hours in her Citroen 2CV. The town houe is in the dead centre of this little village. Two great boulangeries within 100 metres, well stocked supermarket 400 m. Charcuterie shop with plenty of ready made quiches, terrines, salads etc. just opposite one of the bakeries. Off street parking. Great WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen. One could not have wished for a better place.
