Othman gave us an extremely warm welcome with lots of info about the property and tips on visiting the medieval cité of Carcassonne, including a map.
The apartment was very clean and, though not my taste in decor, was well presented with lots of extras like cooking ingredients and breakfast items available. Secure parking was great.

Cars are parked at a large parking lot at the main lodge, and guests and luggage are brought to the cabins by golf carts.
We had a cosy cabin (comfort level), which was comfortable in size, had a good bed, nice bathroom and a terrace in the tree tops. Magical and a very good value!
