A very nice holiday home in a gated community. The private garden leads down to the water. On the groundfloor there is the living room with the kitchen and two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, and the bathroom with an excellent shower and a separate toilette. Under the roof in the living room there is a single bed, but this part is open to the living room. A perfect place for a child to play...

Travelling on my own driving a pick up truck pulling a trailer this place was ideal with a superb parking facility behind a locked metal gate ample space for my vehicle and trailer The accommodation is seperate from the main house with its own entrance it was very clean and comfortable with a kitchen containing hob oven dishwasher fridge/freezer the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot the area is very quiet couldn't ask for anymore

This is a beautiful country house in a quiet French village in Gouaix. We stayed here for 2 nights. The owner of the house is super friendly and helpful. Thanks to them. We had a great time here. The house has a big kitchen with all kinds of modern facilities, oven, dish washer, coffee machine and many more, plenty of utensils. Basically everything you need in a kitchen. The living room is nice and bright. You can see the beautiful garden maintained by the owner from the windows, which always add some nice color to your day. Bakery is 5 min walk away. Safety is never a problem. Provins is 15min drive away. And there are many quiet and beautiful village around. Perfect place. There is nothing to worry about when staying here.
