Located in a lovely bastide village. Very comfortable room and hosts Sophie and Greg were so welcoming and helpful. Only stayed 2 nights but would have liked more - breakfasts were great and had an absolutely wonderful meal on our second evening - we would love to return !!

Spacious rooms / suites - comfortable, clean and connected to WiFi. Bathroom had large shower. Separate WC. Breakfast sums up Fred & Bridgette's qualities as hosts - home made yoghurt, bread and pastries - choice of delicious jams. Quality coffee, tea, juices. Made to feel very special. Location was excellent - though we had a hire car to get about. Visited beautiful hilltop villages, markets, bars, restaurants. Spent an evening in Albi - pop up communal food and bands. Listen to Fred - he knows all the best local attractions. The dining area is al fresco, great for nature lovers (the hosts 'look after' a couple of cats who live in the surrounding woods and come to say hi now & again). Pool looks brand new, and is clean, comfortable and a good size.

We are ashamed that we cannot speak French, however the couple made every allowance for us and we're so kind. We didn't have en-suite but our separate bathroom and toilet were for our sole use and were fantastic. The breakfast was lovely, with breads, cheeses, hams, pastries and homemade hams. What a lovely place to stay.

Free parking close by. Lovely continental breakfast. Super friendly hostess who spoke very good English! Beautiful view from the Green Bedroom. October is very quiet but a lovely Bar and ice cream tea room open during the day and just a short walk up towards the Chateau. Excellent views from the top of this most beautiful village. Chateau was still open, approx 5 Euro entrance fee. Host recommended a Pizza restaurant for our evening meal, a short walk down the hill which is excellent. Very beautiful place and lots of village cats!
