The hotel is run by a group of friends and family who are very friendly and welcoming. By the end of the week I began to feel part of their community and was sad to leave. Everything is relaxed and flexible -- it was easy to meet my toddler's needs, which made our visit smooth and relaxing. We went on short hikes and visited their traditional garden in town. The food is picked in the garden and served that evening, so every meal is fresh and unique. They also bake their own breads. The food is simple yet inventive. I will never forget the shiso dumplings they served on our last night. Thank you Lo Faix, and hope to see you again next year!
