Really friendly and responsive host who was flexible on our arrival time when flight delays and traffic meant we arrived late. The kitchen had 2 hobs and lots of cooking equipment and utensils for cooking if we had wanted to (no oven). All bedding and towels were provided, and the apartment felt light and airy. The shower also worked well, with good pressure and temperature.

Our host was kindness itself, the accommodation was first class. The attention to detail was obvious. It was a solid home that wrapped its calming self around weary travellers, the peace was wonderful. Good area for walking before bed. The breakfast enticed us to eat it all, a thing not normally done! 'Mo-Ay'(?) the Dalmation dog was friendly too. Will hopefully be going back again.

The host is very polite and cares that the guests have a great time. The gardens and grounds are lovely It's very quiet and peaceful There are chickens, sheep and cows in the fields next to the property, loved waking up in the countryside. The property was tidy, secure, modern and well kept. The shower is awesome Although the located in the countryside there is a supermarket within 5km. Everything we needed was included and more. Even a couple of beers in the fridge 😃😃

Location perfect! The house is amazing!! And the host (Frederic) super friendly! He made sure that we have everything we need and everyday we have nice breakfast on the table ready for starting the day! Aleçon is around 5min by car. Highly recommended :)

Very warm welcome and an impromptu search party organised when our satnav didn’t get us quite there. The cottage was rustic but well equipped. The heating had failed not long before our arrival and plug in radiators had been provided as well plenty of firewood for the fire. It is a rural location which comes with a few minor annoyances, eg flies in the cottage, but it didn’t detract from our stay.
