We spend couple of nights in Grotteaux Chateau and frankly speaking - it was one of the best properties we’ve staying in! Everything is EXCELLENT!!! When we just came Gael made us feel like we come at home. It was the warmest welcome. Every morning and evening, when we saw Gael - he was so friendly - I can’t describe how comfortable it was there. The Chateau itself was absolutely fabulous, it is a real castle with this magic atmosphere and exciting history. By the way, Gael even guide us in this chateau and told us many many interesting stories. I repeat myself - we felt like we are visiting our close friend, we felt so happy to be there. This place is something unique what impossible to find somewhere else. By the way, we like it as much as after 2 nights in another chateau we are coming back tomorrow. It is definitely worth to stay there at least once!

The house and garden are truly lovely. Bedrooms were dark and very comfortable. Lots of space outside to hang out and the table tennis table is great. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Mark and Liz are delightful hosts who could not be more helpful. The room was very comfortable and had the benefit of a separate sitting room. The breakfast was very good. Un très bon séjour.
