I will definitely write a letter to the head office of Booking.com. I was distraught from the first step into the apartment: the elevator has not been working for over a week. The apartment is on the 5th floor. It was the End of December (2023) to the Beginning of January (2024). Who works during that time? The advertisement should mention about the 5th with a non working elevator! I am a 70 year old female wearing knee braces walking with a walking stick. Imaging to go up and down 80 steps each time twice a day? My time at the apartment was miserable. Dany the son helped me with my luggage going up But No One was around to help me with my luggage going down? I believe 1. You need to force landlord to state the actual condition so tourist is aware, 2. I want my money back! I was miserable and very unhappy. However, the unit is clean and comfortable.
