The location of the bnb in a lovely little village is fabulous.
We were greated warmly and shown around and directed to a great bar close by for food. We didn't have a full meal as every drink ordered is accompanied by a good tapa.
Our room was fantastic and the breakfast was the best that either of us could remember having anywhere. It's a help yourself continental style with every possible choice you can imagine. Once you've chosen you can take your choice onto a terrace with views if you want to.and if course go back for more.
. There is a small kitchen for a do it yourself meal at night if you wanted l, with plenty of space and appliances.

The location of the apartment in the mountains close to the Alpujarra / Sierra Nevada, and only fifteen minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, really appealed to us. We mainly came for nature, but various cities (Granada, Almeria, Malaga, etc.) are also easy to visit from this location. The adventurous road up towards Barranco Ferrer offers beautiful views over the hills, almond orchards, etc. Various walking options directly from the apartment, ideal also for our dog. The apartment was cosy, we lacked nothing and the owner was very helpful. Nice terrace too, which can be closed off (good for the dog). Wifi was ok, 4G reception was also good (in almost the entire region).

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Viorica (sp?) kept our room spotless. The owner (Alain) is a very pleasant man (he is usually in the restaurant). We stayed for a week and six days out of seven we found parking in front of the hostal. The hotel is less than 100 m from the beach. Checking in was done online, and on our arrival we had an access code for the door an another one to retrieve the room key from the locker. The restaurant is about 70 meters from the hostal, Nice food and very pleasant and attentive personnel.
When reading the term hostal, we were a bit reserved, but it was unwarranted. Great size room, clean, good beds, parking in front, excellent shower. Has airco as well as a fan. Best stay on the trip so far.
The hotel was sparking clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. He led us to his garden to store our bicycles and took us personally to our room.
