Very lovely place to stay. Elena and her husband are great hosts and very sweet people. We had our own parking space right in front of the entrance, so this was very convenient. Elena also gave us metro card, which we used several times, you just need to top in up if there is not enough money on it. Apartment was just as lovely as in description, it had everything we needed, it also had a capsule coffee machine, air conditioning was working just fine. There are 2 bedrooms, which don't have windows, but we really slept there just at night, so this was sort of advantage for us. What can be confusing based on pictures, is that we thought our small patio was facing the pool, but it really wasn't; there is a separate entrance to the pool, just ~50m away, but this didn't bother us as well, so everything was convenient and cozy :)

Very good size and located in a quiet area with free parking. The bus to Seville (3 & 34) ran every 10 minutes or so and took 15 mins on the bus then a 10-15minute walk to the centre of Seville. The host was very nice and provided everything we needed including washing items, utensils and a clean apartment. The aircon was a life saver in the heat!

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Rafael was a great host and although he didn't speak any English we managed to communicate well. Everything was spotless and parking was easy just outside. Great place for easy access into Seville.
The accommodation is comfortable in a quiet and peaceful environment, 15 minutes away from Seville by car. Parking was not a problem. The store is close. Also open in the evening.
The apartment was superb, clean spacious with excellent facilities. Only problem was I could not operate the cooker rings and no instructions were available. The space and décor was lovely and there was parking on site but very tight to drive in due to narrow streets and bollards. Some useful facilities nearby 24/7 shop, tapas bar , burger king and petrol station all within 200 yards. A little out of town and the tight and narrow streets were a challenge.
