Elaina! She is a happy and lovely person who from the moment we arrived made us feel so welcome. Our upstairs room had lots of space, very clean and mostly quiet (just dogs and other neighbourhood noises). We were in Banos when there was a lot of rain, our travel was cancelled a day and both Elaina and Christina made it very clear we would be welcome to use the hotel as a place to be until the road was opened again. We stayed one more night in the end and couldn't be happier. For the price this hotel exceeds expectations, we highly recommend.

The staff were so helpful and very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens overlooking mountains with rabbits, ducks and chickens running freely. We also had complimentary use of the Turkish bath and sauna. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, about 15 minutes walk to the centre. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet with excellent security. We even extended our stay!!
