We used JaRa 1 as a stop-over on a long car journey. It served its purpose exceedingly well. It was comfortable, very clean, and it resulted in a restful stay. Amazingly it contains a sauna which the owners proposed to fire up before our arrival! This being just a one-night stay, we decided not to take advantage of that kind offer. The place has a lovely decor with very ‘peaceful’, relaxing photos on the walls.

This holiday home is quietly located on the edge of a forest in Rott bei Roetgen, between Aachen, Lake Rursee and Monschau. The house was built according to the principles of organic architecture.
The Bio-Ferienhaus-Eifel has a large living area with a fireplace (you are welcome to bring your own firewood or buy it here at the current market price), a stereo/CD player, a TV to which you can connect a laptop, two Sofas and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with towels and a hairdryer.

Very nice house with garden next to a small river. It’s an idyllic place to find peace and quiet. The host was super nice and always responded quickly.
