I booked an apartment in the Ferienhaus as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. We loved staying there - from the decorations, to the size of the apartment (and the beautiful bathroom), to the wonderful hosts! The apartment had everything you would need for a longer stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and many many fun board games to play! The nature around the Ferienhaus is perfect for an escape from the city life with many routes in the area, as well as a short drive from the town. It's definitely recommended to come by car as this is a more remote area. We did not try the sauna, but it is a wonderful addition to the relaxation options. Our hosts were very sweet and ready to help when needed!

The property is located in the small spectacular German village in 45 minutes drive from Baden Baden and in the close proximity of the Black forest (Schwartzvald) attractions and hiking trails. The hotel stuff was very friendly, polite and professional. The hotel restaurant menu has a huge choice of the very good meals. The restaurant kitchen is very good and tasty. It is definitely the best place to eat in the area. Prices are also reasonable. The continental breakfast was very good and is recommended. Free parking is available near the hotel. I would hearty recommend this place to stay to anyone, and especially to the people respecting very good food and pastoral landscapes.
