Very friendly staff. I arrived late and was personally greeted by the owner. He helped me find a parking spot, then showed me my room. It was just about closing time at the pizzeria next door, but he asked them to fire up the oven again just so I can get dinner. The hotel itself is neat, clean, and well maintained. Overall, great experience - I recommend them.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful and tasty German breakfast every morning during our 7 night stay and finish our evenings with a glass of wine at the bar/restaurant. Also had a great dinner there with some of our friends and family. A special Thank you to Be Nita and Andreas, 2 of the employees at the hotel. They both took the time to get to know us and always had time for a conversation. We will be staying at Altes Zollhaus again on our next visit.
