The views over the Main River are one of the best things about the hotel. We had a room with a balcony facing the river and enjoyed it immensely whether morning, afternoon, evening or night. It’s a great place to enjoy a glass of spaetburgunder wine and watch the sun set on the town of Klingenberg and the Burg Ruine. The hotel is spotless and makes you feel extremely comfortable and the owners are genuine and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with an excellent selection of cold cuts, cheese, breads and buns, juices, yoghurt, fruit and vegetables and more. The beds and very comfortable and firm mattresses.

We'd stayed at Villa Renatus for work last year and it proved to be an excellent base from which to conduct our work once again this year. Its location is extremely convenient for road, rail and flight connections, whilst being less than 1 minute's walk from very good breakfast and dinner options. In addition, it is within easy walking distance should you have time to explore Obernburg am Main. The hosts are very attentive and understanding and were a joy to communicate with. The Wi-Fi proved up to the task for work, and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were very good and thoroughly clean. The flat was warm, the bedding comfortable, the shower powerful, and the surroundings attractive. Terms of stay are helpfully clearly defined in the information folder provided. Essentially, if you require suitable accommodation to work within the area, then Villa Renatus ticks all the boxes and makes for a really pleasant stay, allowing you to focus on the work (or holiday) without worrying about the accommodation. 10/10.
