Staying in this location was the best decision that we could have made. The host/hostess was readily available to provide my family with the items needed to have a great stay. The owner provided food for the first day of our stay. We were surprised that we didn't have to provide food for ourselves after a long day of driving. We strongly recommend this area and apartment. Very good base for a night - nothing in the village itself and in the imminent area, but just a 10 minute drive to Detmold, Bad Meinberg or Blomberg. Room was clean, we were quite happy about the upgrade to the large appartment as the rooms upstairs were taken (Thank you!). Check in was easy and no-frills via a keybox. Private spacious parking lot.
