The view from the apartment is absolutely amazing! I was sorry to spend too little time inside enjoying it (I stayed for two nights while attending a conference at the university of Giessen so I had to spend the whole day there). We explored the castle during the sunset, and it was very beautiful, will definitely come back again some day. The apartment is very comfortable, and the hosts are very nice and helpful. Everything is just perfect!

The house is in a quiet little town, right below a castle (Burg, not Schloss) easy to get to by car, about 15-minute drive from the main town of Giessen. Parking is not right next to the house, but there is a parking lot close by. The little town is very hilly.

The location was ideal for me, walking distance to the nursing home, coffee shop, restaurants, bus station nearby. It was clean and had all the essentials. The host was friendly and responsive and nearby.
