Beautiful hotel on a beautiful spot overlooking a lake. Our room had a lake view and a jacuzzi, and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful with whatever we needed, the manager personally stayed an hour after reception closing time to check us in. Food at the restaurant was very delicious. One awesome bonus was the private sauna right by the lake, in which you go to cool down after! There are several ski centers nearby, and we also recommend going up to Praded viewpoint if you want a wonderful walk. Overall amazing experience, thank you and looking forward to coming back another time!

Owner is very friendly, polite. Apartaments surprised me. Was very clean, like a new room, very cozy room and location. Bathroom and kitchen was very clean, also like a new. Overall apartaments is top level. Near the building is restaurants and bars. Also near is river, city square and a lot of other attractions. I just want to say thank you! Loved the location, views, room, bathroom, cosy bar, food, lovely breakfast. We were able to hike directly from the hotel and hired mountain bikes from Jesenik. We travelled without a car and the local taxi company got us to and from the station with no fuss. Would definitely recommend.

Our group contained 9 young people and we stayed during an early October weekend. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms are perfectly equipped, the house was calm and clean, all kinds of refreshment were at our disposal. On Friday, we got stuck in traffic and came very late, two hours later than planned. The communication was excellent. The owners (who live next door) were very friendly, understanding and helpful. Thank you!
