We came from Monte Verde but we didn't want to spend our last night in a city so this was a perfect stop since SJO airport was only 40 mins away. It was quiet and lovely. Breakfast was good as well. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Alajuela in a country setting. Parking and a restaurant on site. Restaurant was decent and reasonably priced. Owner was friendly and helpful. Room was pretty large and the bed was softer than the norm in Costa Rica. All in all a good place for us to spend an extra night while waiting for our luggage to arrive.

Loved the breakfast, the friendly staff and the ice tea and snack upon arrival is a very nice touch. The garden is spectacular. Parking on the street was easy and convenient. The room was very clean with plenty of hot water and great water pressure
The setting was beautiful surrounded by beautiful gardens and mountains- very near Poas. The bedroom was very clean, lovely views from balcony with sounds of river and birds. Breakfast was very generous and superb. having a car helps and parking is tight !

Nice independent lodges in good grounds with great views. Parking was right outside the accommodation. The accommodation was spacious and contained a small kitchen and good shower. WiFi reception in the room was very good.
