There is a well-known proverb “a friend in need is a friend indeed” I came to the hotel with strong stomach pain, the crew and manager ask me all time how they can assist Place me to sleep in private place instead of dormitories, to ease my stay. I strongly recommend this place , they are family!

Todo!! Habitaciones amplias y nuevas, la cama muy confortable, una zona muy tranquila para descansar bien. El desayuno completo y exquisito, sobre todo los croissants hechos por ellos, de los mejores que hemos probado. Pero si hay algo que destacar, es el trato inmejorable de Maribel, cercana y muy atenta a todas tus necesidades. Pendiente siempre de que te sientas como en casa.

Stunning views and very quiet in the evenings despite being under the restaurant (which at least early in the season was closing in the early evening). It's a really great base for hiking, with many trails starting right there. The hosts were friendly and communicative to us when we asked questions.

Everything about this trip was great. First and foremost, our host, Damien, was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. We had some very pleasant conversations with him and he also gave us great tips for activities and hikes so we could make the most of our time in Le Tretien. The lower level of the chalet, in which we stayed, is very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and equipped. One can clearly see that every object has a story behind it and has been very carefully selected so as to enhance the aesthetic of the place while also offering functionality and comfort. The chalet's somewhat remote situation and general atmosphere offer a much welcome break from the usual busy pace of modern life, while also having the advantage of being well connected and a mere 15 min bus ride away from more busy and lively destinations such as Les Marecottes. We really loved everything about our stay here.

Nice and well equipped apartment (hint: part of Dormio resort), excellent location next to the cable car and train station. Good spa, nice restaurant, good heating in winter season
