This place is a gem. The building and rooms are beautiful . The kitchen is well equipped. The host is very welcoming and happy to chat about things to see / do in the area (if you speak French, otherwise you may need some help from Google translate). And the location, while far from Sion, is close to some good hiking trails along the Bisse d'Ayant or Clavau. For the price, this place is a deal.

I had a wonderful festive break with my family at the Woodland Village. The location was fantastic- breath taking views over Valais and convenient for skiing in Anzere! The chalet was lovely and cosy and it had everything we needed, especially the hot tub. The staff at Woodland Village were amazing - very friendly, flexible and accommodating.
