The location is excellent, the staff treated us very well and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I felt like a valued guest by the owners! My questions were answered right away. The towels were very dirty specially in the washroom there were no pillows cover on the pillows on the bed. The shower need to be on medium speed so it can be easy on the skin . The place was very expensive especially those additional cleaning cost is not the customers who have to pay for the cleaning it the company who have to arrange the cleaning cost. Shouldn't be an additional for the customer.

Park Hill Inn and Suite was a complete surprise. We didn't expect much, so what we did get was a delightful surprise. Check in and check out were friendly and efficient. When we got to our room, we found it was much larger and more comfortable than expected. We liked the lay-out of the room with the sink outside of the bathroom/shower area. There was a microwave and fridge, a definite plus. The bed was very comfy. The crowning touch was the complimentary breakfast. In addition to yogurt, cereal and toast, there were hot items of hash browns, sausage, pancakes and scrambled eggs plus croissants. We were very impressed by the energy and friendliness of Glenda who oversaw the whole operation. She's doing a superb job! We'll certainly be back on our next stop in Red Deer! It looks like there were some recent renos done. The work done in the toilet/shower area was well done.

The location was outstanding it was right across from the main beach location. There were plenty of restaurants available to eat lunch and supper at. Parking was simple and easy on-site. The staff was super friendly and always available if needed.
