Great location with great view to Pirin Mountains. Very helpful and polite staff, very spacious and clean room with a view to the green yard. Nice and not expensive restaurant. Try Godlevska Shupla for breakfast - the portion is good for 2. Great base camp if you want to explore the mountains for hiking and there are nice open spa and pools at Banya village.

Nice hotel! Bedroom was clean and comfortable, with good showers Balcony was lovely with amazing views of the mountains, rolling hills and plenty of birds flying around Quiet neighbourhood, with decent pool and garden area.

Very comfortable, homely house in small gated community - we were the only visitors at the time, so very private. Well-equipped, characterful, nicely decorated. Terrace and lawn with mountain views. Easy to find. Good location for exploring.

The host is a very helpful guy who answered all my questions about this locality. In the morning I had a business meeting on Skype and I was surprised how fast the internet was!(200mb/s) The kitchen is perfectly equipped and it looked like my room was after a renovation! Very comfortable bed and pillows! All in all villa Filip is one of the best places I've ever been to! The village is surrounded by three beautiful mountains and the local food is extremely delicious!

Perfect house with everything you might need for the rest with your family or friends. Very spacious inside and outside. Great yard with equipped place for grill. Private mineral pool is a delight! Even with "bad" weather you can still take an advantage of it. Nice feature with breakfast which is not that common with private house rentals. Great amd welcoming hosts! Most likely we will return back one day.

The house is wonderful - spacious, beautiful and comfortable. All the amenities work which creates great comfort. We used the fireplace, the gas stove, the outside barbecue and the sauna and everything worked perfectly. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning view! Each of our rooms was spacious and comfortable with old but comfortable beds. The house far exceeded our expectations and we will for sure be back soon!

Everything was absolutely perfect and even more ! The kindness of the staff and their reactivity to our requests (extra sheets and blankets, extra shampoo, question for the heating system, etc...), the tranquility of the spa, the view on the mountain, the delicious food at the restaurant. The rooms were perfectly clean and very well decorated, also very spacious, and the premises were very well maintained and taken care of. Probably the best value for money we ever found !! We highly recommend and we will come back for sure !
