The owner went beyond our expectations to help us as much as he could. He booked us a taxi for the morning to seven rila lakes and after our hike he personally picked us up from the mountain. He even gave us a ride from dupnitsa when we arrived. We communicated with google translate and we didn't have issue with it, it was fun. The room itself was simple and very clean. Overall it was an authentic experience and would definitely stay here again.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The rooms and the spa were very clean and cozy. The staff is really friendly. The garden is so spacious and the complex has a very big parking space.
I like that they offer all kind of services to the smallest detail as changing your pillow to your preferences.
